We’ll do a quick walk-around of your vehicle with you to confirm your services are correct and make sure everyone is on the same page. Point out any problem areas, like stains or scratches, and ask us anything. After that, you’re welcome to stay or head out, whichever you prefer, and we’ll take it from there.

You don’t need to be there as long as we can access the car, have gone through our pre-detail walkthrough, and you’ve given us the keys. We bring our own water and power as well!

Remove personal items, and car seats if you can, and park somewhere we can work around the whole vehicle. After that, we will take it from there!

Depending on conditions, we can work through light rain. If it is worse we’ll reschedule at no charge, or move the interior portion to a covered spot like your garage. Our team will ensure communication of weather is noted before the appointment even starts!

Keep the car dry and avoid washing it for the first 7 days while the coating cures. Within a month, our team will come back to do a complentary exterior detail, to ensure our work is up to standard!

We treat stains, pet hair, and odors as part of our Premium package targeted stain treatment and add-ons. Results depend on the stain type, age, and fabric. We’ll always give our best, and inform you before we start on expectations.
